To ensure a smooth application process, we’ve outlined the basic requirements below. These steps help us get to know you better and ensure our community remains a great place to live. Please review the list and gather the necessary documents before submitting your application. We’re excited to help you find your new home!

Completed rental application. (Click here for to download an application) 

Valid photo ID 

Proof of income (e.g., recent pay stubs, employment verification).

Rental history or references.

We will need to run a credit & criminal background check on the applicants. Our office assistant will send you an invoice for $65 per applicant. This fee is to process your background check & is non-refundable. 

Please allow 2 business days to receive an approval or denial letter. 

After an approval, within a week, you will receive a lease to sign and an invoice for your security deposit.
